At Skills Based Hub, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every course. Eligible courses purchased through our platform can be refunded within 30 days, provided the request aligns with the guidelines detailed below. Certain restrictions apply, and some purchases may qualify only for credit refunds.

How to Submit a Refund Request

30-Day Refund Policy

Our 30-day refund policy enables students to learn risk-free. However, to protect instructors from potential fraud and support timely payments, we are unable to process refunds beyond this 30-day window. Payments to instructors are finalized after 30 days, so refund requests submitted after this period cannot be honored.

Additional Reasons for Denied Refunds

While we strive to process refunds fairly, Skills Based Hub reserves the right to deny requests in cases of refund abuse. This may include, but is not limited to, the following situations:

  • A substantial portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded prior to the refund request.
  • Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
  • Excessive refund requests have been submitted by a student.
  • Refund requests from users with accounts reported, banned, or disabled due to violations of our Terms and Conditions.

Please Note: These restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Credit-Only Refunds

In instances where a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, we may issue a refund in the form of Skills Based Hub credits, provided the request still falls within the 30-day refund policy.

Types of Purchases Eligible Only for Credit Refunds:

  • YOCO payments: Purchases made through YOCO are eligible for credit refunds only.
  • Bank & cash transfers: Some bank and cash transfers qualify only for credit refunds.
  • Skills Based Hub credits: For more details on refunds involving Skills Based Hub credits, please refer to our Credits Policy.

Refunds for Subscription Plans

Subscription plans offered by Skills Based Hub do not qualify for a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. No refunds or partial refunds are available for subscriptions unless required by applicable law. For users enrolled through a free trial, you may cancel at any time without incurring charges.

Refunds for Bundles Purchased Through Third-Party Vendors

For bundles purchased via third-party vendors, please contact the vendor directly for refund inquiries, as we are unable to process refunds for transactions handled by third parties.

Refunds for Courses Purchased Through Third-Party Sales or Promotions

If you enrolled in a Skills Based Hub course through a third-party promotion, please contact the third-party vendor directly for refunds. Skills Based Hub does not have access to the necessary transaction details to review or process these requests.
